well, i like the idea of having a crew where everyone has his own skill to make stuff with. but like DNoack said: it's still kinda vague.
things like:
-what do you want to make?
-what kind of style do you want to work with.(a funny cartoon or a realistic,
dramatic film)
those are little things you maybe want to let the people know if you want them in your crew.

Well what would you be bringing to the table? You don't have any info on your projects, any examples of your work, or even any ideas. Is there anyone else who is joining your group? You have to give as much information so people actually consider joining you. Oh and this is not me asking to join, this is me just trying to help you out.
